About Us
Founded by professional footballer Josh McEachran, our academy is built on experience, opportunity, and passion. After a career spanning over 400 games at top-level clubs, Josh created JMFA to give young players aged 16–19 the platform he wished existed — where elite football training meets high-quality education.
In partnership with Wychwood School, we offer a fully integrated programme combining UEFA-level coaching with academic qualifications, personal development, and future career pathways — both in football and beyond.
Through our exclusive JMFA Experience, students compete in showcase games against professional academies, giving them a rare chance to step inside elite environments and perform in front of scouts and coaches from top clubs.
