Training at Josh McEachran Football Academy
At JMFA, training is built around developing the complete player — technically, tactically, physically, and mentally — in a supportive and enjoyable environment.
We take a modern coaching approach, underpinned by sport science principles, to ensure each session is purposeful, engaging, and tailored to individual development. Our programme is designed to complement academic studies at Wychwood School, ensuring a balanced and rewarding experience on and off the pitch.

Located just minutes from Oxford city centre, Wychwood offers exceptional facilities that blend traditional architecture with modern, purpose-built learning spaces. Students benefit from small class sizes, dedicated teaching staff, and a personalised approach to learning that ensures every individual can reach their full academic potential.
For those joining us from further afield, on-site boarding is available, providing a safe, structured, and welcoming home-from-home. This makes the academy ideal for both UK-based students and international learners, with a full pastoral care system in place and a strong sense of community throughout the school.
