Travel Opt-In Acknowledgement

By opting in to academy minibus travel, I confirm and acknowledge that:

  • My child will travel via the Football Academy minibus

  • I will ensure my child is at the morning pickup location by 8:00am, ready for departure at 8:05am

  • Morning Pickup Location:
    St Giles’, Oxford City Centre, OX1 3LU by Taylors Deli 

  • This service will operate on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

  • Friday 30th January 2026 travel arrangements will be communicated separately due to the planned fixture at BASE Academy

  • Wednesday matchdays will continue as game day week as currently, with fixture and travel arrangements communicated separately to players and parents

  • I understand that college finishes at 4:00pm, with return travel departing at approximately 4:05pm

  • I agree to report any student absences by 7:30am each morning, either:

    • By calling or texting 07464 992172, or

    • Via the Spond App (Absence group)
